These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the LIFA Collective website and your purchase of products from LIFA Collective, LLC. By browsing, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and descriptions

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, sizes, and uses. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, appearance, color, and texture may vary slightly from batch to batch. Photography is for representation and may not reflect exact colors on every screen.

Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through our secure order forms powered by GoHighLevel. Payment processing is handled by Stripe or another payment processor integrated with our order platform. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all information is accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or unavailability.

Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated. Because many items are made in small batches, products may sell out or become temporarily unavailable. SKYR and other refrigerated or market-only items are available only at farmers markets and retail locations unless otherwise noted.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns and exchanges

Because our products are personal care and food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 14 days with photos and your order details so we can make it right.

Use of the website

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access restricted areas. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site—including text, images, logos, product names, and designs—is the property of LIFA Collective, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our products are provided as-is. Body care and wellness products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Patch test new products before regular use, and consult a healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing, or treating a medical condition.

The site and its content are provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIFA Collective, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.
